Together, Ryan Thompson and Dr. Noelle Dunn bring a unique combination of federal leadership, healthcare expertise, and strategic relationship management to Blue Ridge Federal Services.
Their combined backgrounds provide the company with a strong understanding of both the operational realities of federal systems and the practical needs of healthcare professionals and providers. This perspective allows Blue Ridge Federal Services to deliver solutions that are responsive, reliable, and aligned with mission-critical healthcare environments.
OUR TEAM
Ryan Thompson is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a seasoned federal strategist with extensive experience navigating the highest levels of government and public service.
Prior to founding Blue Ridge Federal Services, Ryan built a respected career working within the United States House of Representatives, where he developed deep relationships and operational insight across Congress and the federal landscape. His reputation for leadership, strategic coordination, and mission execution has been shaped by years of experience serving both public institutions and private-sector organizations.
Beyond the political arena, Ryan also led operations for the Congressional Baseball Game for several years, further reflecting his commitment to service, teamwork, and community engagement.
At Blue Ridge Federal Services, Ryan applies his federal expertise and leadership background to help build trusted partnerships, support procurement readiness, and deliver solutions that serve organizations supporting critical healthcare missions.

Dr. Noelle Dunn earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Biology.
Recognized for her commitment to advanced clinical care and patient-centered treatment, Dr. Dunn has built a reputation for combining cutting-edge dental technologies with compassionate healthcare delivery. She is among the few providers utilizing the advanced Fotona Lightwalker laser system, offering minimally invasive procedures with improved recovery outcomes and enhanced patient experiences.
Dr. Dunn maintains advanced certifications across multiple disciplines of modern dentistry, including laser dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, dental sleep medicine, temporomandibular disorders (TMJ/TMD), and airway-focused therapies. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Laser Dentistry through the Laser and Health Institute and has received extensive advanced training with Fotona technologies in all aspects of clinical dentistry.
As a Platinum Invisalign provider and advanced digital workflow practitioner utilizing iTero 5D technology, Dr. Dunn remains at the forefront of innovation in dental healthcare and operational efficiency.
